My Story

Life transitions can be both exciting and overwhelming, especially for parents and couples navigating new roles, shifting identities, or unexpected challenges. I work with individuals and couples who want to heal from past wounds, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and connection. Whether you are adjusting to parenthood or navigating co-parenting, finally dealing with deeply rooted patterns or facing a brand new challenge, I provide a supportive space to explore where you’ve been, where you are, and where you want to go.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based and creative modalities—including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also offer play and art therapy. This integrative style allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you process trauma, unlearn negative beliefs, and build healthier patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

My goal is to meet you where you are with compassion and to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and thrive.

I spend most of my time outside of sessions with my step-daughter and three toddler sons. In between camping trips and gymnastics drop-offs, I sneak in some writing, running, and dreaming up renovation and farm projects for my incredibly handy partner. I also make a pretty good loaf of sourdough.

What is The Well

Throughout history, the well has been more than just a source of water. It has been a gathering place, a meeting point where people came together to share stories, exchange support, and build community. At the well, life was sustained not only by water but also by connection. It was where neighbors became friends, where burdens were lightened through conversation, and where people found renewal in one another’s presence.

At The Well, we honor that tradition. We see the well as both a social space and a symbol of belonging. Just as communities once gathered to draw water, this practice offers a space for individuals and couples to come together, share openly, and find support in their journey of healing and growth.

But the well is also within us. Each of us carries an internal reservoir—a place of calm, resilience, and clarity. When life feels overwhelming or uncertain, it can be difficult to access this inner source. Stress, trauma, and transition can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. Therapy is a way of finding your way back, of uncovering the well within you.

At The Well, our work is about helping you locate and replenish that source. Through compassionate listening, evidence-based practices, and creative approaches, we walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength, your peace, and your capacity for healing. Here, you are invited to pause, reflect, and draw deeply from your well.
